What we are looking for:
Due to growth within the Retailer, Sycamore BMW & MINI are actively seeking an additional Transaction Manager to join our Sales Management Team.

Do you have experience working in an automotive sales environment delivering outstanding customer service?
As the successful candidate you will join our well-established Peterborough team alongside our Sales Management Team, to achieve maximum profitability from vehicle and other product sales and a consistently high level of work output through outstanding personal and professional conduct. You will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work under your own initiative, ensuring strict deadlines are met. Experience working in a similar role or environment is essential.
The role will include:
To achieve, and strive to exceed, all set franchise objectives and centre standards. Including ALL Financial Objectives within Finance and Insurance, penetration objectives, upsell of ALL additional products relating to the sale and Retention.
To control the Post Sale Enquiry Management process by maximising all opportunities within the retail sales channels for both BMW and MINI new and used car sales.
To coach and develop the Sales Executives to improve knowledge and skill base, demonstrating this in the second facing of customers.
To remain compliant with the requirements set out by the FCA in relation to finance and insurance products, ensuring customers are always treated fairly.
To ensure the team utilise all digital tools available in the maximise the sales opportunity. Personally, understand the systems to best apply their effectiveness within the sales process.

Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, plus weekend availability
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000
