Do you have experience working in a customer focused environment delivering high quality output?

As the successful candidate you will work within our well-established Peterborough team alongside our Service and Sales Departments to act as the initial point of contact for customers looking to bring their vehicle into the retailer and enquire about their next car. You will have strong attention to detail and be able to work under your own initiative, ensuring strict deadlines are met. Experience of working in a similar role or environment is desirable but not essential - determination and the willingness to learn are more important.

The role will include:

• Arranging aftersales and sales bookings by telephone and allocating the work to the relevant workshop and sales advisor

• Responding promptly to customer enquiries across other channels such as email and corporate booking systems

• Making sure our customers are aware of our latest offers through proactive contact

• Carrying out administrative tasks to prepare for customers' vehicles attending workshop appointments

Work Schedule: 5 days per week, Monday to Sunday on a rota basis, including some bank holidays. Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00, Saturday 09:00 to 17:00, Sunday and Bank Holiday 10:00 to 16:00.

Salary: Up to £30,000.00 per year, including achievable bonus scheme
