Mike Rowling makes the whole process of buying a car friendly and easy for someone who really isn't bothered about cars. He is knowledgeable about the range and offers unbiased honest advice.
I asked for the handbrake to be looked at but it wasn't the guy on the desk was sure there wasn't a problem with it but I said there was I think he thought better then me and just left it off the service sheet and it didn't get done
My car was on recall. Initially I was told you would need the car for 4 hours but we waited 9 hours. Various presents on the car had been removed ie mobile etc. I know this has to done would like to have been advised of this.

Overall I'm satisfied but it would have been much easier if the work could have been done while I waited rather than having to leave my car all day.
It is frustrating that I am charged an additional amount for using an electronic service tool when the vehicle is undergoing mechanical work. Furthermore, the service meter was not reset, so I will need to return to the garage to have that done.

I think BMW is one of the best in the automotive sector. It provides a quality experience with the busy customer in mind. Staff are well trained, knowledgeable and personal. I have never had an issue with the quality of service work. Pricing is fair.
Always meets expectations
Why have I the customer had to chase for a warranty issue and then drive 80 miles to the garage I bought the vehicle from to have all of my wheels replaced? What a great experience it could have been if this was resolved for me at my local centre?!

I had a lift booked to pick me up by 4pm and the driver arrived at 2.45pm ...a telephone call to advise me of the actual pick up time would have been helpful as it was fortunate that my partner was at home and able to go with the driver.

Average. Following a no-fault accident, I just wanted my car back to how it was before, not the touching up of a damaged bonnet (I would like that to have been replaced) and the unnecessary replacement of a rear alloy wheel that wasn't affected.

As per above.... the recent recall I had on my car resulted in my car being collected within an hour of my initial phone call. The hire car arrived on time and and the work was carried out extremely quickly....within about 3 days.

The car was kept overnight due to an unforeseen issue but yet it was not hoovered out, just washed. The staff did not explain that we would need to reset radio stations, pair phones etc due to work undertaken (recall issue) either
My issues with the service were rapidly dealt with but should not have occurred in a service centre of the calibre you are attempting to achieve, and charge for.
Booked in for MOT at the time requested (8.30-9am), only to be told that they needed it all day, only after complaining that this wasn't acceptable did they bring it forward. This is a crazy set up that everyone has to be there at the same time !!

As above. Really difficult to get booked in. Felt that treated as a number not an individual with one notable exception as the receptionist notice my number plate and greeted me by name.

The lady who looked after us was very helpful and went out of her way to make sure that the car was due for a brake service which had not been completed as expected.

Excellent service from staff. Disappointed to see plastic bottles of water being provided. A water cooler with reusable glasses would have been far more environmentally friendly (and you'd have got five stars!).
When you drop a vehicle in for service it takes too long to book it in. Also when collecting the process is not easy. All takes too long.

Had service booked well in advance due to needing an automatic courtesy car, which wasn't actually booked. This was sorted for me however, satisfactorily.
I was told my fault was covered by the warranty on the phone but when I arrived I was told it wasn't. It turns out it was and it was eventually resolved. Staff do not seem to know what is and isn't covered. Poor

BMW Sycamore did not consider my issue to be relevant and did not offer to discount the items that I had to buy to rectify my car

Regular updates from Chris Hudson, including videoes of the vehicle as it arrived at the dealership for prep and the ease of the handover made the whole experience a pleasure.
Welcomed and attentive fully explained the controls of vehicle, but no flowers this time for the wife ? Is this cutbacks ?
Trevor Smith from BMW and Duane Tomaselli from the mini side were both excellent. This is the second car I have bought from this dealership, and I would definitely buy another one. Plus the dealership is dog friendly and they always welcome Winston
