I came for a recall, informed them in advance that I would be dropping off my car in the evening for a loan. However, upon arrival, I was told that all the electric cars were charging, received a petrol car instead and paid for fuel & use of the car.

This visit was lovely. Everyone is nice. The lady on reception made me coffee, offered biscuits when I sat down for my wait in appointment. Whilst I was reading my book, the same lady asked if I'd like more coffee. Everything was precisely on time.

One of the highlights I must mention, I needed to refill the coolant on an emergency basis before the service date, I went to service centre and explained it to the reception lady, within 10 minutes my coolant was refilled and without any charge,

Ultimately this is not the fault of Sycamore as I did not purchase the car from them, but when a franchised dealer sells me a car with a fault and I have a 12 month warranty I would expect not to have to foot the bill for the repair cost.

I was actually in Sycamores at Stamford, not Peterborough. Work done on time albeit my car was booked in for 8.30, but I didn't receive the video until 10.15. Car finished being cleaned at 10.30.. Long wait considering it was in for an MOT.

Ok with standard service. I reported an issue to do with how bumps and pot holes seem so harsh on my suspension (the car bangs over bumps). I'm not sure what the issue is, whether shocks, springs, bushes etc. I received no feedback on this at all.

Service and MOT were done on time, but I would have had to wait 1 hour to have the car cleaned which was poor - so I had to depart without the clean.

Very happy. The only small issue was that the MOT was advertised as costing £45. However, there was an additional 'labour' charge of £22. So , actually, the MOT cost £67 - not £45. A bit strange Apart from that the service provided was very good.
