apart from the glitz & glamour used to pick up the new car. which was nice. I would have preferred some more information about BMW charging, it was only after collecting the car I discovered it veer the emails that are sent out.

BMW vehicles are first class the ladies in the service area are first class ( not their fault) BUT we like to keep our BMW Service up to date along with our New Car so we keep coming back and it gets worse not better too many vehicles are booked in

I'm very fussy with my car, past experience with other dealers (not BMW) have damaged my car during servicing, My BMW came back imaculate after the work the same as it went in, which is my biggest thing.
